Welcome to Gauver (Customer App) and Gauver – Artiste (Performer App). By using our apps, you agree to the following:
1. Use of the App
Customers may book artistes for gigs/events.
Artistes may list profiles, set rates, and accept bookings.
You must be 18+ years old to use Gauver.
2. Payments
All payments are handled securely in-app.
Gauver takes a commission on bookings.
Artistes receive payouts via linked accounts/wallet.
Tips go 100% to artistes (no commission).
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Customers can book instantly or in advance.
Cancellation and refund terms apply (see full policy).
Artistes may accept/reject booking extensions.
4. Responsibilities
Customers: Provide accurate event details.
Artistes: Arrive on time and deliver agreed services.
Gauver: Provides the platform but is not responsible for performance quality.
5. Content
Artistes may upload videos, photos, and bios.
Content must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe rights.
Gauver may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
6. Location & Tracking
Customers can track artistes only after artistes confirm “on the way.”
Location data is used strictly for gig logistics.
7. Disputes & Mediation
Gauver offers an in-app Report Feature.
Customers or artistes may log complaints about the other party.
Gauver will review reports and may mediate disputes or take corrective action, including suspension or refunds in line with policy.
8. Liability
Gauver is a facilitator only.
Users assume responsibility for their interactions.
Gauver’s role in mediation does not replace legal remedies outside the platform.
9. Termination
Gauver may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

10. Code of Conduct & Misuse
All users (customers and artistes) must act respectfully and in good faith when using Gauver.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Harassment, disrespect, or abusive behavior toward other users.
Fraudulent activity, including fake bookings or misrepresenting services.
Attempting to bypass Gauver’s payment system.
Uploading offensive, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission.
Violations may result in:
Warnings and account flags.
Temporary suspension of account privileges.
Permanent account termination.
Withholding of pending payments.
Reporting to legal authorities (in cases of fraud, harassment, or illegal activity).
